Cakrawala Arga Nusantara  Group supported by trained professionals who are experienced and experts in their respective fields to provide consultation at all times the pre-sale for all the related products and services, including projects and ongoing projects within the warranty period and maintenance.

Service and support are prepared in general except those already mentioned in the contract will be subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement each customer. As a follow-up please refer to the contract or contact the person in charge of the project as determined by our business units related to providing local services for your company.

Any requests or complaints by customers via telephone, e-mail will be stored in our database and will then be followed up by the relevant part of our business units, with an average response time of two to four hours to the city center and twenty-four hours to the remote areas away from the city center.
